Storage & Backup Engineer (Contract) Rotational Shift

Job Summary We are looking for a Storage & Backup Engineer to support and manage enterprise storage and backup infrastructure. The candidate should have strong experience with Dell EMC block storage platforms, Veritas NetBackup, and Veeam Backup & Replication in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Administer and support enterprise storage and backup infrastructure. • Manage backup and recovery operations using NetBackup and Veeam. • Perform storage provisioning, backup monitoring, troubleshooting, and restore activities. • Support SAN environment, storage performance, and capacity management. • Ensure backup success, data protection, and disaster recovery readiness. • Work with infrastructure teams on system upgrades, migrations, and operational support. • Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures. • Participate in 24x7operational support when required. Required Technical Skills              • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Minimum 7+ years of experience in storage and backup administration. • Hands-on experience with Dell EMC storage platforms PowerMax, PowerStore and Data Domain • Hands-on experience with Veritas NetBackup, Veeam Backup & Replication • Hands-on experience with Cisco SAN switches • Knowledge of Linux server environments. • scripting and automation skill required • Strong troubleshooting and support skills. • Relevant certifications are an advantage. • Knowledge of disaster recovery and high-availability infrastructure. • ITIL Operational Process. Shift timings : • 1st shift - 7am to 4pm (Mon-Fri)  •  2nd shift - 2pm to 11pm (Mon-Fri)  • 3rd shift - 10.30pm to 7.30am (Mon-Fri) • 4th shift - 7.30am to 7.30pm (Sat-Sun) • 5th shift - 7.30pm to 7.30am (Sat-Sun
