• Company: Retail (Leading MNC) • Location: Changi (Nearest MRT Station) • 3 years contract, convertible to permanent role based on performance Job Description: • Supported Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including customer service, inventory, visual merchandising, HR, and brand promotion • Managed opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and conducted team briefings to drive daily sales targets • Ensured smooth team communication and operational handovers • Delivered high standards of customer service, resolving complex issues independently • Mentored staff on product knowledge and service excellence, fostering a high-performing team culture • Analysed sales and customer trends to support strategies that improve revenue and customer experience • Executed store promotions and product launches in collaboration with the Business Promotion team • Ensured compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention standards • Performed additional duties as assigned in line with role responsibilities Job Requirements: • Dedication to deliver and mentor others in customer service standard to ensure guest satisfaction. • Proven leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate with the management team. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to oversee daily (shopfloor) operations and backend corporate tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. • Flexibility to work in shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
