Strategic Alliances & Sourcing – Operational Procurement

Responsibilities • Responsible for the review, consolidation and prioritization of Purchase Requisitions, and ensure that they are processed in accordance with the Group Policy and Guidelines. • Responsible for the preparation and accurate processing of Purchase Orders. • Monitor the status of Purchase Requisitions and follow through the full life cycle of procurement processing from the receipt of Purchase Requisitions to the issuance of Purchase Orders. • Maintain up-to-date internal IT procurement management information in databases and files, and prepare regular management reports. • Attend queries from internal customers and stakeholders with reference to Purchase Orders and guidelines. Provide excellent customer service and ensuring that a professional manner is always maintained with internal customers and stakeholders. • Handle any other projects and assignments when required. Skills/Requirement • Degree or Diploma majoring in Business, Banking or Accounting • Some relevant work experience in Purchasing and/or Finance area is an added advantage • Good working knowledge of MS office applications particularly MS Excel We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
