About this role
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager. In this role, you will execute end-to-end strategic partnership roadmap aligned to company objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap aligned with company goals, focusing on key verticals in the finance/banking sector. • Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, including pre- and post-onboarding, and govern partnership agreements such as co-branding, referral, and product bundling models. • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned partnerships, ensuring ongoing engagement and management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance, and risk to implement partnership initiatives and meet business objectives. • Oversee partnership performance by managing P&L, setting KPIs, and continuously optimizing partnership outcomes for improved results. Qualifications: • Over 5 years of experience in relationship management with a focus on B2B partnerships to drive and scale commercial outcomes. • Strong knowledge of retail banking products, including deposits, credit cards, investments, and wealth management. • Well-versed in financial services trends such as embedded finance, digital wallets, super apps, and collaborations with fintechs. • Experience working with diverse partners, including fintechs, technology platforms, lifestyle brands, wealth managers, and travel/health/education providers. • Good understanding of P&L impact and the key drivers influencing financial performance. • Familiar with compliance, conduct risk, and regulatory considerations in banking partnerships, including MAS, GDPR, and outsourcing guidelines. • Proven experience leading end-to-end partnership processes, from strategy and business case development to approvals, integration, launch, and ongoing optimization.
