About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager (Fractional) to support the expansion of our business through strategic collaborations, referral partnerships, and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, agencies, associations, and referral partners • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and collaborators • Explore partnership opportunities that enhance brand visibility and business growth Business Growth & Development • Develop and execute business growth initiatives to generate qualified leads and commercial opportunities • Identify new market segments, collaboration channels, and expansion opportunities • Support the company’s growth strategy through proactive outreach and relationship management Networking & Representation • Represent the company professionally at networking events, business meetings, and industry engagements • Conduct partnership presentations and collaboration discussions with potential partners • Strengthen the company’s positioning within relevant business communities and professional networks Commercial Support • Work closely with internal consultants and leadership teams to support business objectives • Facilitate smooth handovers of partnership-generated leads and opportunities • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve partnership effectiveness and business performance Market Insights & Reporting • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities • Provide regular updates on business development activities and pipeline progress • Support strategic planning through insights and growth recommendations Requirements • Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or account management • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively • Commercially minded with strong business acumen • Experience in consultancy, professional services, finance, insurance, real estate, or related industries is an advantage • Existing professional network and partnership connections preferred Preferred Traits • Proactive and self-driven • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strategic thinker with execution capability • Professional, confident, and adaptable • Growth-oriented and results-focused Engagement Structure • Fractional / Flexible engagement • Performance-driven structure • Hybrid or remote working arrangement available • Long-term collaboration opportunities based on performance and growth contribution
