Strategy & Ops Specialist (1-Year Contract) Salary: $6,500 – $8,000/month Start Date: Immediate ⏳ Contract Duration: 1 Year Working Hours: 42 hours/week (Mon–Fri) Key Responsibilities Build and engage the community through initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities. Plan and coordinate workshops, training programmes, networking events, and forums. Track engagement metrics, manage reporting, budgets, and programme administration. Develop content such as newsletters, event materials, and internal communications. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning opportunities and community needs. Requirements✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines. ✅ 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, events, communications, or programme management. ✅ Familiarity with product management concepts and practices. ✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and content development skills. ✅ Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities. ✅ Proficient in project management, communication, and data analysis tools.
