Structural Associate

· Maintain good client relations. · Work closely with other engineering divisions and external parties. · Participate in the tendering of projects. · Lead in providing engineering solutions and strategy to complex problems. · Provide technical leadership and perform engineering design reviews. · Training and mentoring juniors. · Design management, coordination and project control on major projects. · Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: · Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore). · More than 8 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice. · Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills. · Strong analytical skills and have good knowledge of design software. · Good supervision and project management skills. · Able to work under pressure with good planning, organizational and time management skill. · Being a Professional Engineer is an advantage. · Experienced in the design and design management of major geotechnical building works and/or infrastructure works will be an advantage.
