Student Management Aide (Tampines)

Student Management Aide Salary: $2,400 – $2,600/month School Environment | Contract Position Contract Period Aug 2026 – Oct 2026 (3 months) Option to extend by 9 months + 9 months Requirements ✅ Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification ✅ Experience working with youths, student discipline, or behavioural support preferred ✅ MOE school experience preferred ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel ✅ Familiar with data entry and school administrative systems Key Responsibilities • Supervise students during detention and suspension sessions • Manage discipline room operations and attendance records • Maintain student disciplinary and attendance data • Support student behaviour monitoring and case follow-ups • Assist with school patrols, student supervision, and examination duties • Liaise with teachers and school leaders on student matters • Support restorative and behavioural development initiatives Working Hours Mon–Thu: 7:30am – 4:30pm (30-min lunch break) Fri: 7:30am – 4:00pm (30-min lunch break) No work on weekends and public holidays Additional approved hours compensated with time-off We are looking for someone who is: • Calm, professional, and confident when engaging students • A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Able to handle challenging situations with discretion and sound judgement • A supportive team player with a positive approach to student development By submitting your resume and/or personal data, you consent to Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your information to clients/business partners solely for job matching, recruitment, and placement purposes.
