The Job scope are as follows: Support Student Development Team (SDT) in student management matters, including case management: 1. Help to locate and manage students in holding rooms during case management (e.g. missing students, meltdowns, discipline case). 2. Support SDT to take statement from students as part of case management. 3. Supervise student detention and in-school suspension. 4. Supervise / engage students with additional needs (SwANs) - selected case support. 5. Assist to review CCTV footage for case management. 6. Assist the Case Management Team (CMT) to maintain records of all cases. Conduct regular patrols of school premises and nearby premises 1. Canteen 2. Free Play areas (e.g. school field, ISH, quadrangle) 3. Toilet Areas 4. Classrooms (during SDL – self-directed learning) 5. Special rooms (e.g. CCA rooms, Dance studio, library) 6. Out of school (neighboring blocks and playgrounds) – only when necessary Others 1. Support school events, e.g. Chaperone student supporters for NSG finals, Open House. 2. During Home-Based Learning and school holidays – attached to school admin / operations teams. 3. Any other duties as decided by school leaders. The Personnel shall either have prior experience, preferably in a school environment or relevant experience with the skills necessary in handling student management matters. More importantly, the Personnel must have a heart for and be able to work closely with teenagers. Other skills, such as ability to build rapport with people, manage and work with teenagers, investigative and organisational skills, as well as the ability to remain calm during volatile and fast-paced situations are important. Working Hours- · Mondays to Thursdays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 1hr lunchbreak · Fridays: 8am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break · Not required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays · However, there could be school events on Saturdays, or extending to later part of the evening, for which all staff involved would be required to support accordingly. Requirements • Minimum GCE N-Level qualification or equivalent • Prior experience in student management, youth engagement, education support, school operations, security, social service, or related environments is advantageous • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build positive rapport with adolescents while maintaining professional boundaries • Able to remain calm, objective, and professional in challenging or fast-paced situations • Comfortable carrying out supervision duties across indoor and outdoor environments • Good documentation and record-keeping skills • Must be legally authorised to work in Singapore at the point of application Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience supporting student discipline, behavioural management, or student welfare initiatives • Experience working with students with additional needs or at-risk youths • Familiarity with investigations, case documentation, or incident reporting processes • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Familiarity with school operations and student support frameworks
