Supervisor / Service Team Member

Description • Knowledge of baked goods is an advantage • You are expected to be on your feet for long periods of time • Effective communication skills with guests and staff • Quick thinking, basic math skills and great attention to detail • Greet guests and make them feel comfortable • Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests • Take orders and entering into the POS system • Ensure all hygiene standards are followed • General cleaning/dishwashing • Cashier service • Replenish of all baked goods and presenting them in best possible manner for customer • Receiving, unpacking and storing of delivered goods • Making sure that all areas of the shop is clean and neat Requirement • No experience is welcome to apply • Good communication, excellent customer service • Team player, professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations) • Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
