Supply Chain & Customer Operations Specialist (Healthcare Logistics) #HDC

This role focuses on driving end-to-end order execution, strengthening customer satisfaction, and improving supply chain efficiency within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: • Track and manage milestones for out-of-stock and priority orders to ensure timely delivery, taking proactive action when delays arise • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, Procurement, Production, and Quality Control to ensure smooth order flow from scheduling to delivery • Act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure critical requirements are addressed effectively • Monitor and communicate project and order status, highlighting business impact and ensuring alignment across teams • Support global supply chain operations, including participation in S&OP discussions as a customer-focused representative • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels • Prepare and process intercompany purchase orders and support drop shipment coordination • Assist in sales forecasting through regular updates on high-value orders and schedule adjustments where needed • Ensure adherence to corporate policies including revenue recognition, trade compliance, and pricing guidelines • Support billing activities related to contract manufacturing and other operational requirements • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs Requirements: • Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in inventory and logistics management • Familiarity with customs procedures, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare-related environments • Working knowledge of SAP systems • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively If you are keen to be part of a dynamic healthcare supply chain environment, we invite you to apply.
