About this role
• Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate and manage expectations of stakeholders. • Prepare end user documentation (training manual, user manual, business process flows) on the operation or maintenance of technical systems. • Assists with the documentation of technical design, specification, and technical solution. • Maintains document repositories used by project teams and assists with project documentation as needed. • Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative and root-cause analysis. • Ability to facilitate discussions/workshops to elicit, manage and prioritise key business needs. • Investigates problem areas. • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. • Have a thorough understanding of computer systems, in order to recognise any hardware limitations that could impact software design. • Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. • Knowledge in one of the following areas will be added advantage, Agile Methodology, Business Process Reengineering, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics, ERP, Digital and Mobile Technologies, Knowledge Management. • Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.
