The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technicians, engineers, and operations support functions to meet rapid business expansion and production demands. This role requires strong stakeholder management, high-volume recruitment experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor manufacturing roles including technicians, engineers, and support staff to meet hiring targets • Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze manpower plans and prioritize workforce needs during ramp-up phases • Design and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, career fairs, and direct outreach to attract qualified candidates • Screen and shortlist candidates effectively to ensure timely interview coordination and hiring decisions • Conduct high-volume recruitment while maintaining candidate engagement and quality of hire • Organize and participate in recruitment events, walk-in interviews, and campus engagement activities to build talent pipelines • Lead offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding processes, and manage pre-employment documentation to ensure smooth candidate transitions • Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate hiring reports, and track candidate pipelines for critical roles • Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and local employment laws throughout recruitment processes • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance company presence in the semiconductor talent market Required competencies and certifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field • Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience in agency or in-house recruitment • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting using diverse interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems for recruitment workflow management • Skilled in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing • Strong documentation skills and ability to stay updated on industry recruitment trends • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders and candidates • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, and Excel We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
