Job Title TALEND DEVELOPER TALEND - MANDATORY SKILL Job description We are seeking a motivated Talend Developer to join our Applications, Development team. The successful candidate will work on data integration projects, developing and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using the Talend platform. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply Java and SQL programming knowledge while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise data integration solutions. Responsibilities|CORE · Develop, test, and deploy ETL workflows using Talend Open Studio or Talend Data Integration platform · Design and implement data integration solutions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources · Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation processes · Develop Custom Java components and routines within Talend when required · Perform unit testing and debugging of Talend jobs to ensure data quality and accuracy · Document technical specifications, data mappings, and ETL processes · Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them in to technical solutions · Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices · Support data migration and integration projects under supervision · Maintain version control of Talend jobs and components Responsibilities|PROJECT- SPECIFIC • Support specific client data migration and integration initiatives as assigned • Participate in project planning sessions and provide effort estimates for assigned tasks • Work closely with senior developers and project managers to deliver project milestones • Assist in data profiling and analysis activities for project requirements • Contribute to project documentation including technical design documents and user guides • Participate in client meetings and requirement gathering sessions when required • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployment activities • Resource needs to have the competency and relevant experience to validate the design specification provided by the domain team and to establish the template and process for the Talend developer to develop the Talend Job based on the design specification. • Additionally, they need to prepare the WBS, establish the timeframe, assign, monitor and validate the task to the Talend developer.
