What you bring: The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist brings a wealth of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within large-scale or multinational settings. • A minimum of four years’ experience managing full-cycle corporate recruitment within multinational environments or similarly complex organisations. • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; equivalent combinations of education, training or experience are also welcomed. • Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing techniques with a proven track record of engaging passive candidates from diverse backgrounds. • Exceptional relationship management abilities that enable you to build trust with stakeholders at all levels while influencing positive outcomes. • Experience recruiting across multiple geographic locations is highly desirable, reflecting adaptability in navigating different cultural contexts. • A consultative mindset paired with strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in using data analytics to inform hiring decisions and optimise recruitment strategies for greater impact. • A passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences through empathetic communication and responsive support at every stage of the process. • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement within fast-changing environments.
