Key Responsibilities: • Demand & Budget Management: Partner with the local management team and HQ Business Leaders to identify internship needs, manage headcount (HC), and align with departmental budgets. • Sourcing & Channel Growth: Actively manage and expand local sourcing channels (job boards, social media, and campus portals) to attract high-quality candidates while optimizing recruitment costs. • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for all intern positions, including drafting job descriptions (JDs), posting roles, screening resumes, and managing the interview/offer flow. • Candidate Experience Ownership: Design and manage a high-standard candidate journey. Ensure every applicant receives professional, timely, and engaging communication. • Compliance & Administration: Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection activities comply with local employment laws and internal regulations. Manage the contract renewal (extension) and onboarding paperwork for all interns. • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular recruitment reports and data trackers as required by the organization. Utilize strong PowerPoint skills to create professional updates for senior stakeholders and HQ. • To collaborate and communicate directly with English- and Chinese-speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers, including the China headquarters team and international partners Requirements: • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); specifically expert-level PowerPoint skills for creating high-quality presentation slides. • Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including headquarters, regional counterparts, and customers in cross-cultural and multinational work environments • Agility: Ability to work independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Mindset: A proactive "can-do" attitude with the resilience to work effectively under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
