About this role
2-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, or a similar talent acquisition operations role, preferably within AP, if not SEA market •Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality, candidate-centric experiences in fast-paced environments •Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently •A consultative, solution-oriented approach when working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates •High attention to detail, responsiveness, and a strong sense of ownership What Will Also Help •Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones and geographies •Ability to prioritize workload effectively while meeting tight deadlines and service-level expectations •Comfort working independently in an environment with changing priorities and ambiguity •Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executive assistants
