Key Responsibilities • Spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines to attract and engage high-caliber financial advisors through strategic onlinesourcing, career fairs, and networking platforms. • Conduct comprehensive initial candidate evaluations,facilitating seamless interview scheduling and coordination with internalhiring managers to ensure a robust talent match. • Drive dynamic recruitment marketing initiatives,leveraging social media campaigns and targeted digital advertising to elevatethe organization's employer brand value. • Provide exceptional candidate experience by activelymanaging the recruitment funnel, offering continuous communication, and guidingselected applicants through regulatory licensing and onboarding phases. • Administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal candidate databases, generating data-driven recruitment metrics totrack hiring targets and optimize campaign performance.
