Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Intern will collaborate with the HR team to enhance talent acquisition processes and support DTL’s global recruitment initiatives. Responsibilities • Source and engage potential candidates using social media platforms and university career portals to expand recruitment reach • Maintain and grow DTL’s talent pool and recruitment channels to support hiring needs • Support the creation and distribution of recruitment marketing materials to attract qualified candidates • Contribute to various HR projects to improve overall human resource functions Preferred competencies and qualifications • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field or possessing relevant experience • Demonstrate meticulousness, professionalism, and strong organizational skills • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills • Show proactive and results-oriented approach in completing assigned tasks
