Job Details: • Location: Tukang Innovation Drive • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm • Salary: Up to S$6,000 per month • Contract Duration: 12 months About the Role Our client is a leading global engineering and technology organisation seeking an Early Talent Programme Specialist to support the delivery of regional early career initiatives across APAC. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end execution of graduate and internship programmes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across the region. Key Responsibilities • Support the end-to-end delivery of early talent programmes, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of interns and graduates • Partner with internal stakeholders to execute hiring plans and programme activities across the region • Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience from offer to joining • Manage and work closely with external vendors and recruitment partners to support programme operations • Monitor service delivery against agreed timelines and ensure adherence to programme standards • Support programme governance and ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment regulations • Assist in campus engagement activities, including career fairs and university partnerships • Support talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the early career talent pipeline • Track programme performance and prepare reports to support decision-making and improvements • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience Requirements • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline • Experience in HR, recruitment, talent management, or early career programmes • Familiarity with graduate hiring or emerging talent programme delivery is advantageous • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different teams and levels • Experience working in a regional or matrix environment will be beneficial • Good understanding of vendor management and external partnership coordination • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of local labour regulations and HR practices is preferred • Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment • Passion for talent development and early career initiatives Interested candidates, please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO.
