Talent Development Executive (Gov/ 8 months/ No exp ok!)

The Opportunity • Opportunity to work on a stat board  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Programme Executive to support the delivery of initiatives focused on digital talent, scholarships, and community building. This role combines marketing, communications, event coordination, and programme administration, offering exposure to multi-stakeholder projects and national-level initiatives. • Mon - Fri: Office Hours • Location: Central • 8 Months contract  • Salary: up to $3450 (subjected to experience)  The Talent • Degree / Diploma in Marketing/ Communications or related field. • Proficient in digital content creation and management using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Description • Support marketing, communications, and event management efforts across programmes and initiatives • Coordinate programme operations, including tracking outcomes and monitoring budget utilisation • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth programme delivery • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to execute initiatives • Support end-to-end processes for programme or scholarship cycles, including application and onboarding stages • Assist in community engagement and development activities to strengthen participant experience • Manage multiple workstreams concurrently and ensure timely execution of deliverables Next Step Prepare your updated resume, send to the following email: amelia.lau@adecco.com *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
