Job Summary Drive business growth by prospecting and engaging enterprise clients, delivering tailored software solutions, managing sales pipelines, and building lasting client relationships in a consultative, results-driven sales role. Responsibilities • Prospect and engage enterprise clients through targeted outreach and networking to generate new business opportunities • Analyze client needs to pitch tailored software solutions that address specific business challenges • Conduct product demonstrations with technical team support to showcase solution capabilities and benefits • Manage the entire sales pipeline independently, from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and negotiations • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business Preferred competencies and qualifications • Apply prior experience in B2B or software sales to navigate complex sales cycles and client interactions effectively • Communicate and present product value propositions clearly to engage diverse audiences • Learn and explain technical products quickly to clients, facilitating informed purchasing decisions • Demonstrate a self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented mindset to drive sales targets and overcome challenges • Adapt to part-time or flexible work arrangements to accommodate varying schedules Other Information • Compensation: High commissions with no income cap.
