About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Lead the technical delivery of IT infrastructure and system implementation projects, ensuring deliverables are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements • Act as the primary technical lead for system deployment, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover activities • Work closely with Project Managers, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements, implementation plans, and project milestones • Design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, databases, and network devices • Perform system installation, configuration, debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution during project execution and site deployments • Manage and administer SQL databases using SQL Server Management Studio, including database setup, backup, restoration, performance tuning, and query optimization • Design, configure, and support network infrastructure, including switches, VLANs, IP addressing, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting • Lead technical reviews, system integration activities, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and user acceptance activities • Support cybersecurity implementation by conducting vulnerability assessments, hardening activities, security compliance checks, and mitigation planning • Provide technical expertise for access control and security systems, including CCTV, card access systems, key management systems, gantries, and integrated security platforms • Develop and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, implementation procedures, test reports, and operational manuals • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure technical deliverables, installation quality, and project timelines are achieved • Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers and site teams throughout project implementation • Conduct customer presentations, technical workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure operational readiness • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, technical best practices, and system reliability enhancements across projects Job Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security, or a related discipline • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, system deployment, or project implementation environments • Proven experience leading technical delivery of enterprise IT projects involving infrastructure, networking, databases, and system integration • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux operating systems, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and enterprise IT infrastructure • Strong experience in SQL database administration, SQL Server Management Studio, database design, and query troubleshooting • Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and network troubleshooting • Experience with cybersecurity concepts, vulnerability assessments, security hardening, and compliance requirements • Familiarity with access control and security systems such as CCTV, card readers, biometric systems, key management systems, and integrated security platforms is highly advantageous • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integration methodologies, APIs, and application deployment • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills • Able to lead technical teams, manage multiple project activities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Professional certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or cybersecurity certifications will be an added advantage If you are interested, please submit your application here.
