Job Summary Serve as technical leader, driving the company’s technical strategy, product development, AI engineering, and team leadership to deliver innovative solutions and support business growth. Responsibilities • Define and implement the company’s overall technical strategy, system architecture, and engineering standards across all products and platforms to ensure scalable and robust solutions. • Lead the design, development, and delivery of key products. • Architect, build, and deploy AI-agent-driven development workflows and custom AI systems to establish and maintain the company’s AI-first engineering practice. • Manage the engineering and intern teams by conducting code reviews, monitoring performance, and overseeing daily technical operations. • Provision and administer technical infrastructure including source control, cloud hosting, databases, domains, and developer tools while ensuring information security and access control compliance. • Manage technical accounts, credentials, and confidential information in alignment with company policies to safeguard data integrity.
