Technical Officer - Estate Defects Checking (Up to $3200 + bonus, 12 mth ctt)

✔ Up to $3200 basic ✔ Housing Defects Checking ✔ Mon-Fri (office hrs) Job Information • Contract Period: 1 year (can convert / renew) • Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am- 5.30pm (may need to OT) • Salary: Up to $3200 + bonuses Job Descriptions • Attend to defects calls and checks at new housing estate • Supervise contractor works for defects rectification • Attend to joint inspections with various stakeholders such as residents, contractors, IDs etc • Submit request for approvals after attending to joint inspections • Administer contractor works order, completion certificate etc. • Any other duties as assigned Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering (must have) • Open to be rostered for weekend and night works (OT paid) • Candidates without prior work experience but relevant studies are welcomed to apply *To apply, send your CV/Resume to josephyap[at]recruitfirst.com.sg with reason(s) for leaving past employments, last drawn and expected salary.
