Job scopes • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define hiring needs, requirements, and strategies • Source candidates via job boards, social media, internal databases, and referrals • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely and consistent communication • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Partner with HR, onboarding, and shared services to ensure compliance and seamless transitions • Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing efforts • Stay updated on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in any field. • Around 3–6 years of proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders • Skilled in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize independently • A collaborative team player with a passion for exceptional hiring experiences • Experience recruiting for technology or consulting roles
