Responsibilities • Memorize and apply technical product specifications to support sales and customer interactions • Stay informed on new company products and industry trends through continuous learning • Attend conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to enhance professional skills and knowledge • Conduct market research and gather client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement • Write detailed reports and communicate with the production team to address issues and propose solutions • Simplify complex technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support to enhance understanding • Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction • Meet with new clients to expand sales territories and increase market presence • Update orders and sales records accurately while negotiating favorable contract terms • Listen actively to customers’ needs and provide tailored product recommendations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in sales would be advantageous • Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills to support client engagement and problem resolution • Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills to secure contracts and resolve client issues • Professional appearance to represent the company positively
