Telemarketer

We're expanding our financial advisory team and need motivated telemarketers to connect qualified prospects with our wealth management consultants. Your Role Schedule appointments with pre-qualified leads interested in insurance, investment and wealth management services. You'll make outbound calls, maintain follow-ups, and track progress Google Sheets, all from the comfort of home. Who We're Looking For - 1+ year in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (or relevant field) - Strong communication skills and resilient attitude - Self-motivated and target-driven - Legally eligible to work in Singapore What You'll Earn Hourly Rate: - $10/hour (new to telemarketing) - $12/hour (experienced telemarketers) - Performance bonuses for confirmed appointments - Regular reviews with salary increases Complete Training Provided 2-day comprehensive program covering professional scripts, objection handling techniques, and proven conversation strategies.
