Job Summary Join our Loans & Paperwork team as a part-time Telesales Executive to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and secure sales prospects through effective telesales communication. Responsibilities • Contact potential customers by phone to assess their needs and requirements • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products and services • Act as the first point of contact and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely case closure • Deliver professional consultation and maintain high-quality customer service standards Required competencies and certifications • Proficient in conversational English to communicate effectively with customers • Strong customer service skills to address customer needs and resolve issues • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and follow up diligently on tasks • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets • Initiative-taking mindset to proactively drive sales activities • Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills for data entry and communication Preferred competencies and qualifications • Completion of at least O Levels / SPM qualification
