About this role
• Provide general administrative & clerical support • Office Operations & Coordination like ordering of pantry, calling courier services, aircon servicing • Documentation & Records Management • Handle and maintain confidential information, correspondence, and documentation with discretion. • Data entry, saving emails and whatsapp messages, document scanning, photocopy, filing, archiving, backup records and secure storage of records.
