About this role
Location: East Duration: 1 yr contract Job Scope: • Answering incoming calls from both internal and external customers • Log, dispatch and close callback tickets in SAP • Update all tickets status in excel for record keeping • Manage follow-up cases and liaise with respective Engineer on assignment of technician for mantrap • Analyze triggered ticket in SAP and determine whether to dispatch technician or cancel ticket • Update of technician roster (rotate among the team) • Generating stop-lift reports (rotate among the team) • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor / manager Job Requirements: • Min.
