About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Handle enquiries and manage reservations or bookings for clients • Communicate with clients via phone and in person to provide information and assistance • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for clients or patients • Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and reception area • Ensure service standards and operational procedures are followed • Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in any field • Prior experience in customer service or front-facing roles is an advantage • Able to work independently and in a team • Able to start immediately or on short notice Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: anna.chen@recruitexpress.com.sg Anna Chen jiaxin CEI No: R25157621 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License: 99C4599
