Working Hours: • Monday to Thursday : 8.30am – 6pm • Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm Job Scope: As a HR Temp Assistant, you will be involved mainly in providing administrative and logistical support in the areas of recruitment for the HR Management team. You may also be tasked with supporting some of the HR events, such as sourcing for quotes, designing EDMs and providing logistical support, as well as assisting with other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements • Relevant working experience in HR related functions is preferred; • Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook; • Meticulous, and able to work independently and efficiently; and • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
