Responsibilities • Manage reception operations to ensure timely and professional handling of all enquiries • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently to support smooth communication flow • Coordinate rental bookings for facilities and meeting rooms to maximize usage and client satisfaction • Oversee maintenance activities for facilities and building to maintain safety and functionality • Liaise with contractors and building vendors to ensure quality service delivery and timely issue resolution • Supervise part-time counter staff and develop monthly duty rosters to optimize workforce allocation
