Temporary IT Support Staff (2–3 Months Contract)

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Temporary IT Support Staff to provide day-to-day technical support to our employees. This is a short-term role ideal for candidates who can quickly step in and support IT operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide first-level IT support (hardware, software, network issues) • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices • Assist with user account setup (e.g., Microsoft 365, email access) • Troubleshoot IT issues via onsite and remote support • Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (IT equipment, access) • Maintain inventory of IT assets • Escalate complex issues to senior IT team/vendor where required Requirements• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field • 1–3 years of IT support experience (fresh grads with internships may be considered) • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking • Good problem-solving and communication skills • Able to start immediately or on short notice
