About this role
Marketing Agency Management • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to develop and deliver marketing and event materials across Asia. • Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure agencies meet campaign objectives, quality standards, and deadlines. • Review marketing collateral, event materials, and promotional assets to ensure alignment with brand standards and global guidelines. Event Planning & Execution • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, including trade exhibitions, internal events, customer engagements, and promotional campaigns. • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, material preparation, and event schedules. • Ensure events are delivered smoothly, meeting project timelines, brand standards, and business objectives. • Provide on-site event management and troubleshoot operational issues when required. Budget Management • Manage, document and track marketing budget to ensure spending aligns with approved allocations. • Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, finance, and procurement to facilitate vendor onboarding and payment processes. • Support the preparation and submission of the 2027 marketing budget. Marketing Support • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across Asia markets and channels. • Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and internal reports. • Work closely with marketing agencies on Sadia always-on digital presence • Support the implementation and execution of the beef marketing toolkit across relevant campaigns and initiatives. • Coordinate packaging artwork approval processes and support the management of product sample shipments when required. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or agency management preferred. • Traveling is required • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
