About this role
We are looking for a Temporary Mooncake Telemarketer / Sales Support to support our mooncake promotion at Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong (5 mins walk from Marine Parade MRT) from July to September 2026. This contract role will involve sales outreach, customer follow-ups, packing support and delivery coordination during the festive campaign period. Applicants should be comfortable making outbound phone calls to corporate and individual customers. Work Arrangement • Period: 1 July to End September 2026 (3 Months) • Pay: $14 - $15 per hour (depends on experience) • Working hours: 9.00am to 1.00pm (4 hours) • Minimum commitment: 3 - 4 weekdays per week • Additional working days may be required during the peak campaign period, depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities Telemarketing Support • Contact corporate and individual customers from past confirmed sales lists. • Conduct follow-up calls to promote mooncake offerings and generate sales interest. • Cold-call potential corporate leads by industry. • Update daily call status, customer responses and follow-up actions. • Highlight interested customers and bulk order enquiries to the Sales and Marketing team. Packing & Delivery Support • Assist with packing corporate and individual mooncake orders. • Ensure orders are packed accurately according to customer requirements. • Support delivery coordination. • Track delivery arrangements and escalate any issues when needed. What We Need From You • Comfortable making outbound calls. • Pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills. • Organised, responsible and detail-oriented. • Able to update tracking sheets accurately. • Positive attitude and willing to support both sales and operational tasks. • Basic Microsoft Excel and email skills will be an advantage. • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales support or hospitality will be useful but not required.
