About this role
• Support pre-tender and tender phases for all M&E trades, raising queries or amendments to influence clients or consultants where possible. • Preparation, review, and submission of tenders for mechanical, electrical, and ELV systems, ensuring completeness, quality, and compliance with technical and risk requirements. • Enhance and consolidate quotes to meet target win prices, preparing a tender cost summary for management approval, and ensuring margin protection, while also preparing for tender interview presentations to support negotiations.
