Job Details Location: Buona Vista Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour Work Type: 5-Month Contract Salary: $ 2,650 per month What you will be working on? • Programme Administration: Managing the full course, including registration, materials preparation, room setup, and database/records management. • Logistics & Operations: Coordinate travel, manage vendors/suppliers, and procure event-related items. • Financial Management: Oversee timely invoicing, payments to trainers/vendors, and budget monitoring (revenue/expenses/accruals). • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison for foreign delegates, associate trainers, and internal units (Finance, AV, Estate) to ensure seamless delivery. • Compliance: Maintain service standards and meet team KPIs while providing regular progress updates to management. • Tech-enabled: Able to prepare customised evaluation in Online Feedback System, and capture participants outreach in Training Administration System efficiently. What are we looking for? • Singaporean only • Minimum A-Level/Diploma in Event Management/ Business Management or relevant discipline. • Prior experience in event management and coordination would be advantageous.
