Job Description • Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the system(s). • Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support. • Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately. • Adhere to existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit. • Undertake additional tasks as required. • Other ad-hoc projects may be required Requirements • Possess at least a Diploma or minimally 2 yrs of relevant experience for staff performing the operational functions. • Proficient with computer use (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel). • Able to communicate in English and be conversant in a second language (i.e. Malay, Mandarin or Tamil) • Customer Service oriented (e.g. courteous, professional and helpful) and preferably with prior experience in customer service. • Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) • Detailed and meticulous • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. 2-year contract WFO - Ang Mo Kio, M-F: 8.30am - 6.00pm
