Responsibilities: As a Training Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing, and deploying training and performance support materials. You are expected to collaborate and be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Design engaging and effective training materials that meet the needs of diverse learners with reference to Wave 1 training materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Utilize feedback from participants to continuously enhance training delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development. Requirements: Intermediate proficiency in Learning Content Development is required. Intermediate proficiency in Training Visual Design is recommended. Beginner proficiency in Training and Performance Support, Training Evaluation Strategy, and Training Needs Analysis is suggested.
