TSS Trainee - Apprentice Technician (12h) $15000 Employment Incentive

You will be working in a medical device/ pharmaceutical plant to save lives. • To perform manual assembly of product / loading & unloading of assembly product on the assembly line and in packing line per product specification.   • Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts (8 wastes) to support Daily Production activities and manage an average of 2 to 3 machines group to meet desired output target and product quality.   • Apply Total Preventive Maintenance methodology to sustain machines performance. Perform machine start-up challenge, operate machine, manage material top up and manage products packaging, transferring and machines cleaning per written procedures.   • Apply Root Cause Analysis for problem solving. Perform basic machines troubleshooting, clear jammed sets and reset machine errors.    • To perform workstation cleaning as per SOP requirement.   • Able to identify assembly component parts and describe defect types in English.   • Responsible for complying with EHS procedures, GMP, 6s, and regulatory requirements, implement continuous improvement ideas via Hazards and Kaizen identification.  Skill Set and/or Experience:   • Fresh NITEC (NTC) holder are welcome • Knowledge in mechanical, electrical or control engineering  • Computer literacy preferred
