About this role
• Support the design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions across markets. • Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations, incentive calculations, and benefits program updates. • Assist in annual reward review cycles, including system, data, and process execution. • Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver standardized yet locally relevant processes. • Manage and execute Total Rewards activities independently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and reward policies. • Partner with regional Rewards and People teams to ensure effective CoE solution delivery. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align processes and resolve escalated queries. • Align Total Rewards processes with business priorities and local market needs. • Identify and implement process improvements based on insights, best practices, and stakeholder feedback.
