Urgent Hiring: HR Transformation Specialist (US MNC)

The client is a leading US-based semiconductor company and one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. This role supports HR transformation initiatives across global operations. Employment Type: Contract (Renewable) Location: Singapore Working Hours: Office Hours Roles & Responsibilities : • Support project coordination (trackers, action logs, milestones, meeting follow-ups) • Assist in HR process documentation (SOPs, process maps, RACI, FAQs) • Support data tracking & reporting (dashboards, metrics, adoption trends) • Assist with digital/automation initiatives (UAT tracking, test cases, issue logs) • Support change management (training materials, communications, readiness tracking) • Provide general coordination support for workshops and transformation activities. Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field • 2–5 years’ experience in HR operations, PMO, shared services, or project support (fresh grads with relevant exposure welcome) • Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) • Detail-oriented with basic analytical ability • Comfortable working with global stakeholders • Exposure to HR shared services, transformation, or PMO environments • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools • Familiar with SOPs, UAT, process mapping, and change management Interested candidates, kindly send your updated resume to xiaoyee@wanco-manpower.com with subject “HR Transformation Specialist”.
