About this role
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 830am - 615pm, Fri: 830am - 6pm Mon - Fri: 830am - 530pm *Rotate every 3 weeks Saturday: 830am - 1pm Job Scope: • Handle inbound email enquiries from members of the public regarding social services, policies, and assistance schemes • Provide accurate, clear, and timely responses in line with established guidelines and SOPs • Assess and triage cases, escalating complex or sensitive issues to relevant departments when required • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all customer interactions in the system • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive personal or family-related information • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of enquiries • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for response time and accuracy Interested applicants, please email your updated CV to rachel.lim@recruitexpress.com.sg or WA 97527630 for more information.
