One of the world's most recognised financial institutions is looking for a commercially driven partnerships professional to join its Retail Banking division in Singapore. Known for its global reach and strong regional presence, the bank has built an ecosystem spanning wealth, health, lifestyle, and digital propositions — and is now looking for a sharp operator to help manage and grow it. The Role This is primarily a relationship management role, focused on servicing and deepening an existing portfolio of strategic partnerships, with exposure to onboarding new partners as the business evolves. You'll sit within a collaborative, cross-functional environment and own the commercial performance of your partnerships end-to-end. What You'll Be Doing • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of strategic partnerships across health, lifestyle, and related verticals - serving as the day-to-day relationship owner • Govern partnership agreements including co-branding, affiliate, referral, and product bundling arrangements • Build and track partnership P&Ls, set KPIs, and drive continuous optimisation of performance • Collaborate closely with internal teams — product, marketing, legal, compliance, and tech - to deliver commercial outcomes What We're Looking For • At least 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B relationship management - banking or financial services background preferred; strong candidates from credit card partnerships (dining, hotel, airline) or media/media sales will also be considered • Solid understanding of retail banking products such as deposits, credit cards, or wealth propositions • Proven ability to manage partner relationships commercially — able to track ROI, optimise performance, and have difficult conversations when needed • Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in a partnership or banking context
