Responsibilities • Greet and welcome customers to create a positive first impression • Take customer orders accurately and make menu recommendations to enhance their dining experience • Manage phone reservations promptly and professionally • Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction • Address customer feedback constructively to maintain service quality • Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor restaurant areas to meet hygiene standards • Prepare tables before service and clean tables promptly after use to ensure readiness for next customers • Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain high personal hygiene standards • Perform opening and closing duties to support smooth restaurant operations • Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned to support team and operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications • Availability for full-time or part-time shifts
