WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities: Receiving incoming merchandise and verifying that they are in acceptable quality. Weighing and counting received items. Update internal operation procedures documents needed. Coordinate with Manger to schedule logistic arrangement and to provide follow-ups. Support the Manager in managing and resolving storage and production issues. Moving all outgoing merchandise to the delivery area. Assist in packing of client's order. Record client's order, place the order for packing process. Ensuring that all merchandise is properly secured in the delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit. Order, store and organize all company supplies in cool room; Manage incoming and outgoing products. Assist customer to load the vegetables to their vehicle; Unload the food products from delivery truck; Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time. Manage all orders on regular basis. Performing all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness, which includes sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed. Doing delivery when necessary. Other job assigned. Requirements: 1) Candidates prefer be strong enough to load/unload 40kg-50kg vegetables without forklift. 2) Prefer someone with good communication skill and leadership.; 3) Experience in food wholesale industries and held relevant position for at least 1 year before; 4) Prefer someone able to drive lorry ; 5) Must accept to work night shift from 8pm to the next day morning, 6 days week, required to work on weekends and PHs. 6) someone willing to take hardship job; 7) Basic understanding about supply chain; 8) willing to work at open space area (non-aircon environment)
