Job Summary The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the receiving, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials to support production and operational requirements. This role ensures accurate inventory transactions, timely material movements, and compliance with warehouse safety standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Receiving • Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials from trucks and shipping containers. • Verify and tally goods against delivery orders, packing lists, and shipping documents. • Inspect incoming shipments for damages, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly. • Ensure all received materials are properly documented and recorded in the system. Warehouse Storage & Material Handling • Label, identify, and store materials in designated warehouse locations accurately. • Perform material movements and replenishment activities as required. • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks, stackers, and forklifts. • Maintain good housekeeping and ensure warehouse areas are clean, organised, and safe. Inventory Management • Perform inventory transactions accurately using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. • Conduct cycle counts, stock checks, and annual stock-taking activities. • Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies when required. • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper documentation. Order Fulfilment • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for internal production consumption or customer shipments. • Ensure materials are issued accurately and on time according to operational requirements. • Coordinate with Production, Planning, and other departments to support business needs. Safety & Compliance • Adhere to all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and operational standards. • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and material handling equipment appropriately. • Report safety concerns, incidents, and operational issues promptly. Requirements • Minimum secondary education or equivalent. • Preferably with 1–3 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing/precision engineering/semiconductor, or logistics environment. • Possess a valid Singapore Forklift Licence. • Experience using WMS and ERP systems is preferred. • Basic computer literacy and accurate data entry skills. • Physically fit and willing to perform manual handling tasks and overtime when required. • Familiar with warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures. • A team player with good communication skills and the ability to report issues clearly and promptly. • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willing to work at East Region, Changi North Crescent
