Warehouse Specialist (E-commerce & Fulfilment)

About the RoleIndoshop is seeking a hands-on, responsible Warehouse Specialist to support our fast-growing e-commerce and wholesale operations. The role involves warehouse fulfilment, inventory management, packing online orders, and supporting daily operations across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and B2B customers. This role is suitable for students or candidates who enjoy physical operations, e-commerce, and fast-paced environments. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently • Receive and organize incoming stock deliveries • Perform stock replenishment and inventory counting • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and product arrangement • Label, sort, and organize products by SKU/category E-commerce Fulfilment• Process online orders from Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop • Prepare airway bills and shipping documents • Support same-day order fulfilment and delivery coordination • Handle product bundling and promotional packing Inventory & Stock Control• Monitor stock levels and report low stock items • Assist with stock take and inventory reconciliation • Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records Operations Support• Assist in product labeling, pricing, and barcode tagging • Support warehouse improvement initiatives and SOP implementation • Help optimize packing speed and fulfilment workflow Additional Responsibilities• Support ad-hoc operational and warehouse activities • Assist during promotional campaigns and peak sales periods RequirementsPreferred Qualifications• Singaporean / PR / local student welcome • No experience required; training will be provided • Experience in warehouse, packing, or e-commerce fulfilment is a plus Skills & Attributes• Responsible and punctual • Able to carry and move cartons/products when required • Detail-oriented and organized • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Shopify, Shopee Seller Centre is a plus) Preferred Advantage• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop • Familiar with barcode scanning or inventory systems Working LocationIndoshop Pte Ltd Employment Type• Full-time Internship • Part-time Internship • Contract / Temporary Working Hours• 5 or 5.5-day work week • Flexible arrangements available for students Salary• Internship Allowance: SGD $800 – $1,200 • Performance incentives may be provided based on fulfilment accuracy and operational targets
